During Hatha classes, our teachers will balance strength with flexibility and movement with meditation – Hatha works with the entire human being at once. The poses are held for a little longer and will be done in a calm pace with focus on the movement itself and awareness of the breath. Breathing exercises (Pranayama) and meditation is an essential part of Hatha yoga.
