Body SDS training is a unique form of holistic movement designed to strengthen, release, and energize the body. It combines dynamic exercises, deep breathing, mobility work, and coordination to activate all joints and muscle groups while calming the nervous system.
Through all traning sessions, you work with your whole body – improving circulation, flexibility, posture, and strength. The exercises are based on natural movement patterns and are done barefoot in comfortable clothes to ensure freedom and grounding. Many participants describe the training as feeling like both a workout and a Body treatment in one, as it leaves the body balanced and the mind refreshed.
Body SDS training is suitable for both beginners and experienced movers. Whether you join for maintenance, recovery, or to build energy and resilience, you will benefit from the deep connection between breath, body, and mind. Pafei training focuses on raw strength, endurance, speed, and the essential coordination between muscles and nerves. Every exercise engages the whole body, building strong, functional muscles and a stable core around the spine. This provides a solid foundation for everyday movement and improves energy transfer from your body’s center to your arms and legs. In addition to bodyweight exercises, Bulgarian Bags are used to further enhance strength and stability.

Praktisk information
Please register in advance if you would like to join. Changing rooms and showers are available. Be ready in the training hall at least 5 minutes before the session starts. Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement – and note that we train barefoot.Please arrive at least 5 minutes before start.
You need to purchase a valid Copenhagen Health Week Ticket to join this event. Access will only be granted upon showing your ticket at the entrance.
