Your nervous system shapes the way you move through stress, focus and calm. In this workshop, you’ll discover how to work with your body so that even in overwhelming moments, you can reset, regulate and return to ease.

You’ll be guided through a combination of movement, breath-work, mindfulness and calming techniques you can return to anytime.

We’ll explore:
How stress and anxiety affect your body and brain
Why you might feel stuck in overthinking, panic or freeze and ways to shift out
What the vagus nerve is and how to activate your body’s natural calming system
How to recognize when you’re outside your “window of tolerance” for stress and how to come back
Simple, practical tools to feel grounded, safe and present

Hi, I’m Karolina
I’m a nervous system educator and mind-body coach helping people regulate and reconnect with their bodies.

My approach blends science-backed education with embodied tools like therapeutic yoga, breath-work, somatic movement and mindfulness. It’s evidence-based, but gentle because healing should feel safe, not overwhelming.
