We welcome you to Butchers Heat’s legendary – and hot – SaunaGus sessions. A unique one-hour experience where one of our sauna masters will guide you through three rounds of SaunaGus, each lasting about 10–12 minutes, with aromatic essential oils and soothing music. Between the rounds, you’ll enjoy breaks where you can take a refreshing dip in the water. We also serve sweet and salty snacks and plenty of drinking water to keep you energized and hydrated throughout.
It’s a good idea to drink lots of water beforehand, as you’ll be sweating quite a bit. Please bring two towels each –one to sit on in the sauna (it will get wet) and one to dry off with afterwards. Come about 10 minutes before the session starts so you have time to change before we go into the heat. The sauna can be a little tricky to find – you need to enter via Vindmøllevej, across from Amager Bakke’s climbing wall, onto the gravel lot and into the far-right corner where there is an opening in the fence.
You need to purchase a valid Copenhagen Health Week Ticket to join this event. Access will only be granted upon showing your ticket at the entrance.
