Basic Training is the foundation of Body SDS training. It activates joints and muscles throughout the body, helping you maintain energy and joy in daily life. Many use this training to keep both body and mind balanced, as it works like a treatment session for the body. The training stimulates circulation, and helps cleanse the system of waste products, leaving you with a greater body awareness. More about Body SDS training Body SDS training is a unique form of holistic movement designed to strengthen, release, and energize the body. It combines dynamic exercises, deep breathing, mobility work, and coordination to activate all joints and muscle groups while calming the nervous system. Through all traning sessions, you work with your whole body – improving circulation, flexibility, posture, and strength. The exercises are based on natural movement patterns and are done barefoot in comfortable clothes to ensure freedom and grounding. Many participants describe the training as feeling like both a workout and a Body treatment in one, as it leaves the body balanced and the mind refreshed. Body SDS training is suitable for both beginners and experienced movers. During this special Copenhagen Health Week session, you will get a unique introduction to our philosophy, including a short theoretical insight that sets the stage for what we do and why it matters. From there, we move straight into a Resilient training session, where you will experience firsthand how our no-nonsense training can challenge both body and mind. After training, we will gather around a nutritious snack, giving you time to refuel and connect with our coaches and fellow participants. To complete the experience, we will then move to Sauna House, located close to Resilient, where you can enjoy sauna, cold plunge, and a guided saunagus ritual designed to deepen relaxation and recovery.
